As we have moved into the Fall season, here are a few reminders regarding residential standards:
- Placement of containers, bundles and biodegradable paper bags should be placed at the curb no more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.
- Note that yard waste is collected on the same day as your regular trash pickup from March 31st through December 19, 2025. If you do not put your items on the curb the day before, please have your items on the curb before 7am on the designated collection day.
- If you are using a lawn service, please instruct your vendor to not place bags on the curb unless it is within the 24 hour period.
- Branches and twigs up to 4 feet long and 4 inches in diameter must be bundled and tied and not weigh more than 60 pounds. If you are not in compliance, your waste will not be picked up. If this occurs, please do not leave your items on the curb to avoid being ticket and fined. Be mindful that plastic bags are not acceptable to use and will not be picked up.
