Be Part of the 2026 UDCA Historic Home Tour   Recently Updated!

The UDCA Historic Home Tour is one of our neighborhood’s most beloved traditions, celebrating the history, architecture, and beauty of the University District. Beyond showcasing our lovely community, the proceeds made from the home tour help the UDCA fund all kinds of community programs, events, and more. Planning is already underway for next year’s tour, and we’d love for you to be part of it!

Call for Homes

Call for Volunteers

The tour wouldn’t be possible without our planning team. Fresh energy and helping hands are needed to carry this tradition forward. Consider joining the committee and making your mark.

A Heartfelt Thank You

To Lisa Jones and Dinah Dittman, our incredible co-chairs for the past four years and two tours, for their vision, leadership, and incredibly hard work bringing our tour to life.

To Betty Davis, who has served as head of our docents and been an active volunteer for over 20 years! Your dedication has left an indelible mark.

Looking Ahead

We’re excited to welcome our new Home Tour Co-Chairs, Kathleen Samul and Miranda Suman. With your participation, whether as a homeowner, volunteer, or an attendee, we’ll make the 2026 tour the best yet.
