The Elections Committee is pleased to report that we have received applications from candidates for the 5 positions that will be open to serve a 2026 – 2028 term. The deadline was September 30, 2025. In October, ballots and related materials will be printed and hand-delivered to all households whose UDCA membership is current/paid. They will be in a distinctive colored envelope and marked “UDCA Board Election Ballots.”
The envelopes will be delivered by volunteers the week of October 19, so that we are sure that all members receive a ballot in a timely manner. Members will have until November 15 to return their ballots to UDCA.
As we did last year, we will give members the option of mailing in their sealed ballots, or dropping them in the mail box of the Election Committee Chair. Instructions will be in the cover letter.
We are also holding “Meet the Candidates” in-person and virtual meetings.
- Saturday, October 11th from 11:00 – 2:00pm in person, at Harvest Fest
- Tuesday, October 14th & Thursday, October 16th at 7:00pm via Zoom (details to follow in mid-October)
